      Fellow David Yepsen “Ethics of Political Coverage” (Guest: John McCormick)

      In this seminar we’ll discuss confronting your own biases and building your own journalistic moral compass. How do you combat gender and racial biases in coverage? And we’ll look at how split-second decisions by reporters can change coverage - and history.  Special Guest: John McCormick, Money & Politics Reporter for Bloomberg This seminar is part of IOP Pritzker Fellow David Yepsen's series, “Campaign Journalism 101." This seminar is open to students only and off the record. Registration is required. However, seating is limited on a first come, first serve basis; capacity in the IOP Living Room is 45. Doors will open 30 minutes before the event begins. Any unclaimed seats will be released 10 minutes before the event begins. Please arrive early to claim your seat.
